Senior Marketing Specialist / Marketing Executive???? Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Specialist / Marketing Executive to lead integrated marketing initiatives for real estate projects, with a strong focus on Gulf markets, particularly Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate marketing, brand development, digital marketing, campaign management, and media planning. This role requires a creative and analytical professional capable of developing and executing impactful 360° marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Development Develop and implement brand strategies for real estate projects, including brand architecture, positioning, and creative direction. Build and maintain strong corporate and project-specific brand identities. Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and communication across all channels. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management Plan and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media channels. Lead audience research, customer journey mapping, and behavioral targeting initiatives. Develop creative concepts, marketing content, advertising copy, and campaign messaging. Manage multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Tik Tok, Snapchat, X, TV, and Radio. Digital Marketing & Performance Oversee SEO, SEM, paid media, influencer marketing, and social media strategies. Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and analytics. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, and reporting dashboards to drive data-based decisions. Creative & Production Management Lead the development of marketing materials including videos, presentations, social media content, photography, and 3D renders. Supervise visual identity development including logos, brand guidelines, and creative assets. Oversee audiovisual production and AI-generated content initiatives. Media & Market Intelligence Manage media planning, buying, and agency relationships. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring. Support strategic decision-making through insights and performance reporting. Marketing Technology & Innovation Lead marketing automation initiatives and digital product development. Explore and implement emerging technologies and AI tools to enhance marketing performance. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.5–8 years of experience in integrated marketing. Minimum 3 years in a leadership or senior marketing role. Strong experience in real estate marketing and project branding. Proven experience managing 360° campaigns in Gulf markets, particularly Saudi Arabia. Advanced knowledge of:Brand Strategy & Brand Architecture Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Paid Media) Social Media & Influencer Marketing Media Planning & Buying Marketing Analytics & Reporting Campaign Management Platforms Excellent Arabic copywriting and communication skills. Strong command of English. Nice to Have Experience marketing luxury real estate developments in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets. Knowledge of AI-powered content creation tools. Existing network of media agencies and influencers in the region. Experience managing large marketing budgets. Proven track record in corporate branding and positioning for real estate companies.
