Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at Kleek Developments, located in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, representing clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, maintaining property listings, and delivering superior customer service. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining a client network, providing market insights, negotiating sales, and adhering to local real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate License Solid understanding and experience in Real Estate and Real Property management Proven Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong Customer Service skills, including professionalism and client-focused communication Ability to stay updated on market trends and local property regulations Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Proficiency in property listing and marketing platforms Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
