  • Supervise order processing and ensure accuracy using Oracle system. 
  • Monitor customer demand and support demand generation activities. 
  • Handle and escalate customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts. 
  • Ensure proper coordination with Port Said team and other departments. 
  • Oversee payment follow-up and ensure alignment with dispatch plans. 
  • Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams for smooth operations. 
  • Ensure continuous communication with customers (pre, during, post-delivery). 
  • Ensure customers are updated with new offers, pricing, and allocations.
