Role Description The English Customer Support Agent – Morning Shifts will provide prompt, professional, and accurate support to customers via phone, email, and chat in English. This full-time role involves answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through products and services while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The agent will document interactions, follow standard operating procedures, escalate complex cases when needed, and contribute feedback to improve processes and customer experience. The position is based in Cairo, Egypt as a hybrid role, combining on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility. The agent is expected to adhere to scheduled morning shifts, meet performance targets, and collaborate closely with team members and supervisors. Qualifications Strong customer-facing background, with proven skills in Customer Support and Customer Service. Ability to build rapport and maintain high Customer Satisfaction through empathetic and solutions-oriented interactions. Excellent Communication skills in English, both spoken and written, with clear and professional tone. Solid Troubleshooting skills to identify issues, analyze root causes, and propose effective resolutions. Previous experience in a contact center, BPO, or customer-facing role is preferred. Comfort working in a hybrid environment based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility to work morning shifts. Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously. Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new CRM or ticketing systems quickly. High school diploma required; further education or relevant certifications in customer service are an advantage.
