Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, based in Cairo. The Account Manager will be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing client communications, monitoring account performance, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, identifying growth opportunities, and handling client feedback effectively.
