Planning & Document Control Specialist About the Role We are seeking a Planning & Document Control Specialist to support the successful delivery of renewable energy projects. The role combines project planning, scheduling, progress reporting, and document control to ensure projects are executed efficiently and in compliance with company and client requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. Monitor project progress, milestones, critical paths, and project risks. Prepare progress reports, S-curves, forecasts, dashboards, and management presentations. Support project planning, resource forecasting, and recovery plans. Coordinate project meetings, track action items, and support project closeout activities. Manage project documents, transmittals, submissions, approvals, and revision control. Maintain document registers and ensure compliance with document management procedures. Verify the completeness of project handover documentation and records. Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with project standards. Assist in maintaining EDMS/Share Point platforms and document management systems. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in Planning, Project Controls, or Document Control. Experience in renewable energy, wind, solar, EPC, construction, or infrastructure projects is preferred. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Microsoft Excel. Experience with Share Point and document management systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Fluent in English. Why Join Us?
