Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Digital Website Specialist at Kerolous Sleab. The role involves planning and executing digital strategies to improve website performance, traffic, and user engagement. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing website data and user behavior, coordinating with designers and developers to implement enhancements, and managing digital marketing initiatives that support overall business goals. The specialist will also oversee project timelines, ensure deliverables meet quality standards, and communicate progress and insights to internal stakeholders and clients. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to align website projects with broader digital and brand strategies.
Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret website metrics, user behavior, and campaign performance, and to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and interact professionally with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in digital strategy and digital marketing, including experience with web analytics tools, SEO principles, and online campaign optimization. Solid project management abilities to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple website initiatives on time and within scope. Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and basic understanding of UX principles and responsive web design. Ability to work on-site in Cairo and contribute in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience in a digital agency, web development firm, or similar digital environment is an advantage.
