We are looking for a full-time Social Media Specialist who combines strong hands-on social media expertise with the ability to lead and coordinate a creative team. This role is both strategic and executional: you will manage day-to-day social media activities while leading graphic designers and support content creators to deliver high-performing, on-brand content across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution1. Analysis competitors and Generate Content Ideas2. Create, publish, and optimize content across major social media platforms3. Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls to action4. Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators5. Create clear creative briefs and content guidelines6. Review and approve content / designs for quality and brand consistency7. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals8. Create and manage meta Campaigns
Performance & Optimization1. Track and analyze social media KPIs2. Optimize content based on performance insights3. Conduct testing to improve engagement and reach4. Prepare regular performance reports
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in digital marketing agency2. Experience in running meta ads ( media buying ) 3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics4. Excellent copywriting and communication skills5. +3 years in social media role
