Role Description

The Senior Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 1st New Cairo. This role involves identifying and generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, preparing and delivering tailored sales pitches, maintaining detailed customer records, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with other teams to address customer needs and propose suitable solutions will also be essential.

Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation Exceptional communication and Customer Service skills Demonstrated ability to foster Customer Satisfaction and build lasting relationships Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and managing customer databases Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills Driven, goal-oriented mindset with experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets Previous experience in the fragrance, retail, or luxury goods industry is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
