???? About the Role:As a Junior Project Manager, you will assist in managing steel structure projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality compliance. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Contractors to drive success at every phase.
???? Key Responsibilities:✅ Assist the Project Manager in planning and execution of steel structure projects✅ Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans✅ Coordinate between internal teams (designers, engineers, schedulers) and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, contractors)✅ Track project progress, identify delays, and provide updates to leadership✅ Assist in procurement and ensure timely material delivery✅ Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, reports, logs, and close-out documents✅ Support quality assurance, safety compliance, and risk mitigation✅ Participate in project meetings, track action items, and facilitate team communication✅ Monitor and report outstanding window material deliveries to ensure smooth procurement and installation✅ Develop inspection reports to track compliance with project and safety standards✅ Prepare installation and completion reports for seamless project handover

What You Bring to the Table:✔ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management.✔ 0–2 years of experience in construction or project management (steel structures preferred)✔ Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and industry standards✔ Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Office Suite✔ Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills✔ Experience with project documentation, cost tracking, and scheduling software
✨ Preferred Qualifications:???? Experience in steel structure design or construction projects???? Basic knowledge of BIM and document management systems???? Professional certifications such as CAPM or PMP (or pursuing one)???? Understanding of lean construction principles
