We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Mechanical MEP Engineer (Inspector) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, monitoring, and ensuring the quality and compliance of mechanical and MEP works across project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site inspections for all Mechanical and MEP installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes. Review drawings, technical submittals, and materials for approval and compliance. Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Identify, report, and follow up on site issues, non-conformities, and corrective actions. Coordinate with project consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Ensure proper documentation of inspection reports and site activities. Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience: 4 to 9 years in MEP inspection and site supervision. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting systems). Familiarity with international codes and standards. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities.- Experience in drawings applications ( autocad 2D - Revit )- Experience in design tools ( HAP - duct sizer - pipe sizer - steam hub)
Preferred Skills:
Experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects. Knowledge of quality control and QA/QC procedures. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities.
