Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you will help define and architect advanced digital signal processing and communication system solutions that drive next generation ASIC-based optical transceivers. You will translate complex system level requirements into robust architectures, models, and validation strategies, ensuring seamless execution from concept to silicon. Your work will span architectural definition, algorithm modeling, simulation, lab validation, and cross functional collaboration playing a key role in shaping the performance and capabilities of our high-speed optical products.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications- Master s degree with 3 8 years of experience, or Ph.D. with 0 5 years of experience.
- Strong foundation in Communication Theory and Digital Signal Processing algorithms.
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, C/C++, Python, Unix, and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with analog circuit behaviour, transmission line theory, and s-parameters.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)- Prior experience architecting communication systems for high-performance ASIC-based products is highly valued.
- Hands-on lab skills are considered a strong advantage.
