Job Details

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities Ensure computer systems and IT infrastructure run smoothly and efficiently. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues. Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates. Configure and maintain network devices, including switches and basic network infrastructure. Manage and troubleshoot VLAN configurations. Test and evaluate new technologies. Provide technical support and maintain procedural documentation and reports. Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment. Set up user accounts and profiles and resolve password-related issues. Utilize Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, and Power Automate.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar position. Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments. Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software. Experience in network configuration and switch management. Good understanding of VLANs and network troubleshooting. Ability to provide step-by-step technical support, both written and verbal. Microsoft certifications. CCNA certification.
