Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Qesm 2nd New Cairo. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and promote Eyes Expo’s event and exhibition services. Daily activities include conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with company targets. The role involves collaborating closely with project, production, and marketing teams to ensure accurate scoping of client needs and smooth handover of confirmed projects. The Sales Specialist will also maintain detailed records in the CRM, follow up on leads, provide regular sales reporting, and represent the company at industry events and exhibitions as needed.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide clear, timely information. Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities, including pipeline development, negotiation, and achieving or exceeding targets. Experience in Training or mentoring team members or junior staff on sales processes, product knowledge, and best practices is an advantage. Prior experience in exhibitions, events, marketing services, or related B2B industries is highly beneficial. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with multiple concurrent deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in proposals and documentation. Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work on-site in Qesm 2nd New Cairo and occasionally travel to client locations or event venues as required.
