Right To Dream is looking to add a detail-oriented and collaborative Data Engineer to our growing team. As a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in the organization and management of information for our Group with focus on business data such as commercial, finance and media. This role will involve maintaining and building ETL pipelines to efficiently store internal and external data in an easily accessible fashion. The person in this role will also assist in deploying web applications and help build additional tools to assist members across all academies, clubs and group functions in the ownership group.
General Description The Lead Facilitator will guide the learning experience of learners through an innovative character education program that focuses on identity, grounded in holistic development, community engagement, and artistic expression. The role requires a reflective educator who values diversity, creativity, and the integration of intellectual, moral, civic, and performance skills and values into learning experiences that nurture belonging, leadership, and community participation.
Responsibilities• Facilitate holistic learning experiences that include intellectual, moral, civic, and performance character development • Plan and Lead learning experiences using Integrated learning approaches that center learners’ voices and encourage exploration and reflection• Embed RTD’s core values: Integrity, Teamwork, Diversity, Passion, and Development into classroom culture, and the learning experiences, modeling them in practice and reflection• Foster social and emotional learning (SEL) by helping learners build self-awareness, empathy, and healthy relationships, and make responsible, values-driven decisions• Promote intercultural learning by facilitating respectful dialogue, collaboration, and understanding across diverse cultures, identities, and perspectives• Create safe, inclusive and engaging environments where learners can learn, engage, and express themselves openly through diverse creative mediums, such as drama, music, movement, art, and community-based activities• Lead reflective practices that help learners connect their learning to real-world contexts, community issues, and personal growth• Collaborate closely with the program team to adapt, co-create, and document learning experiences that reflect the program’s holistic philosophy• Collaborate with concerned parties to integrate character education into the broader school context• Track student participation and progress; assess the impact of character education program• Mentor and guide students in applying positive character traits in real-life situations• Stay current with research and best practices in character education, social-emotional learning, and facilitation• Support co-facilitator in implementing experiential and arts-based methodologies, ensuring consistency of the learning approach• Engage with families and the broader community on character education goals and student development to extend learning beyond the classroom and strengthen learners’ development and sense of belonging and contribution • Organize and support Character camps and events such as Values-based campaigns or community/service projects• Participate in team meetings, training, and program evaluations as required.
Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in education, Psychology, or related field (master's preferred).• Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting (formal or non-formal).• Strong understanding of character development, values education, and social-emotional learning.• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to engage with diverse learners and adapt to different learning needs.• Passion for learning and development, and a commitment to fostering ethical, responsible citizens. Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
