Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Giza. The Sales Engineer will identify and qualify sales opportunities, prepare quotations, and present technical solutions for operating room and intensive care medical equipment. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, visiting hospitals and clinics, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions to customer needs. The role involves providing basic technical guidance, coordinating with the technical support team for installations and after-sales service, and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to service. The Sales Engineer will maintain accurate records of opportunities and activities, support tender and proposal preparation, and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and clinical staff.
Qualifications
Strong Sales Engineering and Sales skills, with experience translating technical features into customer value. Proficiency in Technical Support and coordination with service teams to address technical inquiries and after-sales issues. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with medical professionals and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (biomedical, electronics, or related field) or equivalent practical experience in medical equipment. Familiarity with operating room and intensive care medical equipment, standards, and basic clinical workflows is an advantage. Ability to work on-site, manage field visits, and organize schedules and priorities effectively. Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point), and preparing technical-commercial proposals. Strong problem-solving mindset, negotiation skills, and willingness to continuously learn about new products and technologies.
