Role Overview We are hiring a Sales Account Manager (full-time, on-site in Maadi) to manage and grow client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities Manage and expand a portfolio of client accounts Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technology solutions Generate leads through prospecting and networking Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Deliver compelling presentations and demos Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals Track pipeline, forecast sales, and manage CRM updates Negotiate contracts and close deals within company guidelines Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications Strong account management & customer relationship skills Excellent communication & presentation abilities Proven experience in lead generation and pipeline development Background in technology sales (cybersecurity, VoIP, ERP, etc.) is a strong plus Familiarity with CRM tools and sales targets Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) Knowledge of the MENA tech market is advantageous
