Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Sales & Retention Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The specialist will handle outbound and inbound calls to engage with customers, aiming to promote products and retain current users. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, achieving sales targets, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring high satisfaction levels. The role may also involve providing feedback and contributing to team success through performance improvement discussions and training participation.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and address their needs Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed targets Experience in delivering or participating in Training to enhance team and individual performance Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations professionally Fluency in English and Arabic is essential Previous experience in a tele sales or customer retention role is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
