Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Professional role based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Sales Professional will identify and develop new business opportunities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and presenting Chubb’s insurance solutions to individual and corporate clients. The role includes managing an assigned portfolio of clients, conducting needs assessments, preparing quotations, and negotiating terms in line with underwriting guidelines. The Sales Professional will maintain strong relationships with clients and distribution partners, provide ongoing account support, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Daily responsibilities also include accurate recordkeeping in CRM or sales systems, collaborating with underwriting and operations teams, and staying informed about Chubb products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Proven skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and closing sales in a target-driven environment. Strong client relationship management skills, including consultative selling and account servicing. Ability to understand and explain insurance products, coverage options, and basic risk concepts. Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities with diverse stakeholders. Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accurate documentation. Comfort working with CRM tools, digital sales platforms, and standard office software. Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or B2B sales is preferred but not strictly required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate clearly in both written and spoken form.
