Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architect role based in Egypt. The Senior Architect will lead architectural design from concept through construction, including developing design concepts, preparing drawings and specifications, and ensuring compliance with codes and standards. This role involves coordinating with consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal project teams to resolve technical issues and maintain design intent. The Senior Architect will oversee project timelines and deliverables, participate in client presentations and design reviews, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers. The role also includes contributing to quality assurance, reviewing construction documents, and supporting site visits and inspections as needed.
Qualifications

Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience leading complex projects from concept to completion. Proficiency in Integration of building systems and coordination with structural, MEP, and other disciplines. Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. Familiarity with Software Development concepts or digital tools (e.g., BIM, parametric design, or custom workflows) to enhance design and documentation processes. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and eligibility for professional licensure (or equivalent local registration). Advanced skills in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., Revit, Auto CAD, Sketch Up, or similar), with strong visualization and presentation abilities. Proven experience working on-site with contractors and consultants, with solid knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and local regulations in Egypt or the region. Effective communication, leadership, and mentoring skills, with the ability to collaborate in a diverse, multidisciplinary environment.
