Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist and Agency Manager based in Ring Road. The Sales Specialist and Agency Manager will develop and manage relationships with insurance agencies, brokers, and other distribution partners, ensuring consistent business growth and high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include prospecting and onboarding new agencies, coaching and supporting existing partners on Chubb products, and coordinating sales campaigns to meet or exceed assigned targets. The role will involve regular pipeline review, territory planning, and collaboration with underwriting, marketing, and operations teams to address client needs and resolve issues. The position also includes preparing sales reports, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and representing Chubb at client meetings, training sessions, and local industry events. Qualifications Proven sales and business development skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, ideally within insurance or financial services. Experience in agency or channel management, with the ability to build, maintain, and grow productive relationships with distribution partners. Strong communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in explaining insurance products and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Solid analytical and planning skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and use of CRM tools to track activities and results. Customer- and service-oriented mindset, demonstrating responsiveness, problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to high standards of professionalism. Ability to work independently, take ownership of a territory or portfolio, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Prior experience in property and casualty or related insurance lines, and relevant certifications or licenses (where required by local regulations), are advantageous.
