JOB PURPOSE
leading the Corporate communications team in continually enhancing a particular Company image; increasing company awareness, and providing after-sales support through advertisements, media, point-of sale & partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIESHolds overall responsibility for the design, development, and delivery of the organization's marketing strategy. Represents the organization in relationship with investors, clients, the public and other relevant external relations specifically for a significant function or equivalent area of the business. Executes a communications plan by working within established communication systems and procedures. Innovate in creative process and marketing communication and creative thinking. Creation and implementation of communication strategy and plans. Delivery of the brand direction, architecture, Guidelines, Manuals and recommending areas of improvement. Yearly commercial calendar plan, liaising with successful partners. Acts as the brand’s spokesperson with media relations. Formulates and implements public relations strategies. Selects and manages communications with external agencies. Develops media marketing strategies, plans, campaigns, promotions and activities. Social Media Plans. Launch other product/brands, events/exhibition, displays,POS & literature. Support in PIPO (Phase – in – Phase – out Plans) Plans. Responsible for PR strategy and management.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a relatedfield. MBA or Postgraduate studies in Marketing is highly preferred. Experience8–12 years of progressive experience in Marketing, Corporate Communications, Brand Management, or Integrated Marketing. Minimum 3 years in a managerial role. Experience within Manufacturing, Building Materials, Construction Materials, Industrial Products, FMCG, or B2B industries is highly preferred. Proven track record in managing integrated marketing campaigns and corporate communication programs. Experience working with external agencies, media partners, and event management companies.
