Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Application Support Engineer in Cairo, Egypt, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Application Support Engineer will be responsible for providing 2nd - 3rd line technical and application- support to resolve issues, develop solutions and ensure optimal system performance. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical inquiries, assisting users, monitoring application systems, and collaborating with teams to resolve issues efficiently. The role involves maintaining documentation and analyzing system issues to propose effective solutions.
Requirements Qualifications :
- Application Support and Technical Support skills, with the ability to provide end-to-end assistance to stakeholders
- Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting capabilities for diagnosing and resolving technical and application issues
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with end users, internal teams, and external vendors
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
Requirements :
- 3 - 5 Years of hands-on experience
- Bacheloru2019s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in a similar support role is preferred
- Interest in Supply Chain is a plus
- Fluency in English
