Job Purpose:
We are seeking dynamic, results-driven, and scientifically sound Medical Representatives to join our growing Specialty Line. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and establishing strong professional relationships with Ophthalmologists, eye clinics, and specialized hospitals within your assigned territory (El Haram, Dokki, or Mohandeseen).
Key Responsibilities Sales Achievement: Deliver and exceed territory sales targets and market share growth within the assigned Giza district. Customer Engagement: Conduct regular, high-quality face-to-face promotional visits to Ophthalmologists, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers in specialized eye centers. Product Detailing: Deliver precise, compelling scientific presentations and product detailing tailored to customer needs, highlighting the clinical benefits of our Ophthalmology portfolio. Territory Management: Master territory mapping, effectively segmenting accounts based on market potential and managing field resources efficiently. Market Intelligence: Monitor and report on competitor activities, market trends, and feedback from the field to optimize marketing tactics. Events & Compliance: Organize and participate in local roundtables, scientific meetings, and chest/regional medical exhibitions, ensuring all activities comply with ethical pharmaceutical standards.
Job Requirements Education:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science is a must. Experience & Skills:Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the Egyptian pharmaceutical market. Ophthalmology experience is highly preferred; an established network of Ophthalmologists in Dokki, Mohandeseen, or Haram is a strong asset.
