Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Egypt for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting Alpha Power’s comprehensive engineering solutions, and identifying customer needs to provide tailored recommendations. The responsibilities include delivering technical support, conducting equipment demonstrations, preparing proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to address client requirements and deliver quality service.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Sales Engineering and an ability to provide technical guidance relating to specialized machinery and solutions. Proven expertise in Sales and Customer Service, with experience in building lasting client relationships and achieving sales targets. Strong Communication skills to present solutions effectively and address customer inquiries professionally. Ability to provide Technical Support for machinery installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client needs simultaneously. Relevant engineering degree or equivalent industry experience is preferred. Understanding of pharmaceutical production processes and regulatory requirements is an advantage. Proficiency in English and Arabic languages is beneficial for this role. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
