Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Maadi - Cairo for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, and selling. Day-to-day tasks include calling interested clients, showing properties, advising clients on market conditions, negotiating deals, preparing documents, and providing excellent investing consultation. The agent will work closely with clients to understand their needs and find suitable properties. We do offer higher commissions and competitive salaries, and a year round ongoing campaigns for fresh leads.
Qualifications Strong Customer Communication skills Experience in Real Estate and Sales (minimum 6 moths) Knowledge of the Egyptian Real Property market and its laws and regulations Ability to work independently and within a team Proficiency in the use of real estate software and technology (CRM, Excel, etc..) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
