Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customs Clearance Officer (مخلص جمركى) role based in Alexandria. The role involves managing customs clearance processes, preparing relevant documentation for import and export activities, coordinating with customs authorities, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Day-to-day tasks also include tracking shipments, assessing tariffs, resolving compliance issues, and liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Qualifications
Knowledge of customs clearance procedures, import/export processes, and regulations Proficiency in preparing and handling documentation related to customs and tariffs Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external authorities Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities Basic computer skills, including familiarity with customs clearance software and Microsoft Office Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is advantageous Prior experience in customs clearance or similar roles is a plus
