???? We’re Hiring: Senior Industrial Engineer
Location: Al-Amerya Public Free Zone, Alexandria Company: Rubyred (FETIH TEKSTIL).
Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities to achieve targets while maintaining high-quality standards. Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and minimize waste. Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth and continuous equipment operation. Conduct time and motion studies to identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance consistency and productivity. Train and mentor production staff on best practices and operational procedures.
Job Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.• 6+ years of experience in garment manufacturing or the textile industry.• Strong understanding of production processes and lean manufacturing principles.• Familiarity with production planning and statistical analysis tools.• Excellent problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork skills.• Strong communication and organizational abilities.• Good command of English.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
