About Bonn Medical Industries Bonn Medical Industries is a Saudi-based manufacturer specializing in healthcare products, cosmetics, and personal care solutions. The company owns and develops multiple brands serving consumers across different market segments and is focused on expanding its presence through strong retail partnerships and strategic account management. We are seeking a highly motivated Key Accounts Manager to lead and grow our relationships with major retail chains, hypermarkets, and modern trade accounts across Saudi Arabia.
Role Overview The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing strategic retail partnerships, driving sales growth, improving product visibility, and ensuring successful execution across assigned accounts. The role requires a commercially minded professional with strong negotiation skills, account management experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Account Management & Business Development Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across major retail chains and modern trade accounts. Develop account growth plans and identify new opportunities to expand product distribution and sales. Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and annual business planning with assigned accounts. Ensure achievement of sales targets and account-specific objectives. Trade Execution & Market Presence Secure product listings and support expansion into new categories and branches. Coordinate promotional activities, visibility initiatives, and in-store execution plans. Monitor product availability, shelf presence, and overall account performance. Work closely with merchandising and sales teams to ensure effective market execution. Commercial Analysis & Planning Analyze sales performance, account profitability, and market trends. Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns. Prepare forecasts, business reviews, and performance reports. Provide recommendations to improve account performance and drive sustainable growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Production teams to ensure smooth execution of account requirements. Support new product launches and market expansion initiatives. Act as the primary point of contact between key accounts and the company.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.3–5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Modern Trade, FMCG, Healthcare, Cosmetics, or Consumer Goods. Proven experience managing retail chains, hypermarkets, supermarkets, or large commercial accounts. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills. Ability to analyze sales data and convert insights into action plans. Professional proficiency in Arabic and English. Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG manufacturing environments. Existing relationships within major Saudi retail chains and modern trade accounts. Experience in trade marketing and promotional planning. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Experience managing multiple strategic accounts simultaneously.
