We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Software Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth for our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in software sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs and propose suitable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.* Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for potential clients.* Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.* Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure.* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.* Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.* Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities within the CRM system.* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.* 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, Saa S, ERP, CRM, HR systems, or technology solutions.* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.* Strong ability to understand business needs and translate them into software solutions.* Experience using CRM systems is preferred.* Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in software houses or technology companies.* Familiarity with Saa S business models and enterprise software sales.* Existing network of corporate clients is a plus.
