Company Description Lyvo Shop is a mobile-first e-commerce platform redefining digital commerce in Egypt through live selling, augmented reality try-on, AI-powered image search, and story-based shopping. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Direct Sales Representative role based in Cairo. The Direct Sales Representative will identify and prospect potential brand, retail, and seller partners, schedule and lead sales meetings, and deliver product demos that highlight Lyvo Shop’s live selling, AR try-on, and AI capabilities. The role includes managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to deal negotiation and closure, while maintaining accurate records in the sales CRM. The Direct Sales Representative will provide consultative support to partners, coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, and collect market feedback to help refine sales strategies and product offerings. The position requires regular in-person visits, events, and presentations to build strong, long-term client relationships in the Cairo market.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and persuasive selling in person and over digital channels. Customer service skills to understand client needs, resolve issues promptly, and provide a positive partner experience. Proven sales skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing new business. Experience providing training or onboarding support to clients or internal teams is an advantage. Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, Saa S, or digital platforms is preferred. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to evolving tools and processes.
