Role Summary At ElStudioo & Yalla Step Group, we create content that explains ideas, builds trust, grows brands, and drives real results. We are looking for a Content Producer / Production Manager who can turn ideas into strong video content from concept to final delivery. This role combines creative thinking, scriptwriting, production planning, shooting coordination, and follow-up with editors and designers. The ideal candidate understands that great content does not start with the camera. It starts with understanding the audience, the message, the hook, and the goal. This role fits into the organization as the bridge between strategy, production, and execution. You will work closely with videographers, editors, designers, motion designers, social media, and marketing teams to make sure every video has a clear purpose and strong output. Success in this role looks like producing content that is well-planned, easy to shoot, engaging to watch, aligned with the brand, and delivered on time. Responsibilities Develop creative video ideas for Reels, video ads, You Tube videos, educational content, and personal brand content. Write clear, engaging scripts and strong hooks that capture attention quickly. Prepare shooting plans, production briefs, shot lists, B-roll ideas, and talking points before shooting days. Coordinate with videographers during shooting to make sure the content is captured according to the creative direction. Guide presenters or talents during shoots when needed to ensure clarity, energy, and message delivery. Work closely with video editors, motion designers, thumbnail designers, and graphic designers to turn raw footage into strong final content. Review video drafts and provide clear feedback to improve pacing, clarity, captions, visuals, and overall impact. Translate educational and marketing messages into simple, engaging, and audience-friendly video formats. Suggest monthly content ideas for different brands and campaigns. Ensure all produced content is aligned with the brand tone, campaign goal, and target audience. Organize production requirements and follow up on deadlines with the team. Use AI tools to support idea generation, script improvement, content repurposing, and production planning. Qualifications Proven experience in content production, scriptwriting, creative direction, or video content planning. Strong understanding of short-form video content, Reels, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts, and video ads. Ability to write strong hooks, scripts, and talking points. Strong storytelling and communication skills. Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear and engaging content. Experience coordinating with videographers, editors, designers, and marketing teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good understanding of social media content trends and audience behavior. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Comfortable using AI tools such as Chat GPT or similar tools to improve workflow and creative output. Portfolio or examples of previous work are required. Preferred Experience Experience with teachers, educational platforms, course marketing, or education content. Experience with personal brands, video ads, You Tube scripts, or social-first content. Experience working inside a media production agency or content studio.
