Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spanish Customer Service Representative, located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of concerns. Representatives are responsible for maintaining a professional and empathetic approach, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and collaborating with team members to address and escalate issues as necessary. Additionally, the role may involve updating customer records and providing feedback to improve processes.
Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and providing excellent Customer Experience. Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and handling inquiries effectively. Efficient problem-solving, active listening, and communication skills in Spanish. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions professionally. Fluent in Spanish. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
