Overview We’re looking for a highly skilled Lead Generation & Outreach Automation Specialist to design, build, and scale modern B2B acquisition systems. This role goes far beyond sending cold emails. We are looking for someone who understands how to identify real market opportunities, ICP, build targeted lead databases, craft high-value offers, and deploy multi-channel outreach strategies that convert. You will be responsible for building and optimizing outbound growth systems using automation, data intelligence, and strategic messaging across email, Linked In, and other relevant channels.
This is a part time - 6-month renewable contract, with potential for long-term collaboration based on performance and impact.
Role & Responsibilities Lead Generation & Data Intelligence Identify high-potential target segments and build structured lead databases Scrape and enrich data from multiple sources including Linked In, websites, directories, and industry platforms Ensure lead quality through validation, enrichment, and filtering processes Develop scalable lead sourcing workflows Outreach Strategy & Execution Design and execute B2B outreach campaigns across multiple channels including email and Linked InCreate cold outreach sequences that drive engagement and conversations Develop personalized messaging frameworks based on industry pain points Continuously optimize outreach campaigns based on response and conversion rates Automation & Systems Build and manage automation workflows for lead sourcing, enrichment, and outreach Implement tools and integrations for campaign management and data synchronization Develop scalable outbound pipelines using modern growth tools and automation platforms Ensure smooth data flow between lead sources, CRM systems, and outreach tools Offer Development & Positioning Collaborate with internal teams to structure compelling outbound offers Translate service capabilities into clear value propositions Identify pain points and craft outreach angles that resonate with decision-makers Support testing and iteration of messaging and positioning Performance & Optimization Track outreach performance metrics including open rates, reply rates, meeting rates, and conversion rates Continuously test messaging, targeting, and sequencing strategies Identify opportunities to improve pipeline generation efficiency
What We’re Looking For Must-Have Strong experience in B2B lead generation and outbound growth systems Hands-on experience with cold email outreach and Linked In outreach strategies Experience with lead scraping, enrichment, and database building Strong understanding of marketing psychology and B2B sales processes Ability to craft highly personalized and relevant outreach messaging Analytical mindset with strong performance tracking capabilities Technical Skills Experience using outreach and automation tools such as Apollo, Smartlead, Instantly, Phantom Buster, Clay, or similar Experience building lead scraping and enrichment workflows Familiarity with CRM systems and campaign analytics tools Comfortable working with automation platforms and integrations
Nice to Have Experience working with agencies, Saa S companies, or consulting businesses Experience running multi-channel outbound campaigns Understanding of ICP development and buyer persona research
