Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Associate based in New Cairo. The Customer Service Associate will handle customer inquiries, provide efficient support and solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer interactions via phone, resolving concerns effectively, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and communication.
Qualifications
- English Fluency- Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and deliver excellent assistance.- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience abilities to enhance client relationships and address feedback constructively.- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to manage interactions with professionalism and efficiency.- Problem-solving abilities and multitasking capabilities.- Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools; prior customer service experience is a plus.
