Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Media Buyer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms to generate high-quality leads and maximize return on investment. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms. The candidate must also be proficient in utilizing AI-powered tools to improve campaign performance, audience targeting, reporting, and content development. Experience in the legal industry is highly preferred, as the role will involve managing advertising campaigns for a professional law firm.
Key Responsibilities Media Buying & Campaign Management Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, Linked In, Tik Tok, and other relevant platforms. Develop effective media buying strategies aligned with business objectives and lead generation goals. Manage advertising budgets and allocate spending efficiently across campaigns. Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimization decisions. Scale successful campaigns while maintaining target KPIs and profitability.
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Generate qualified leads through strategic digital advertising campaigns. Optimize campaigns to improve Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Create and manage conversion-focused funnels and customer journeys. Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to improve campaign performance. Perform A/B testing on audiences, creatives, landing pages, and ad copy.
Analytics & Reporting Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics. Implement and manage tracking tools including Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking systems. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
Creative & Content Collaboration Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to develop high-performing advertising creatives. Provide creative briefs and recommendations based on campaign data and audience insights. Review and optimize ad copy, visuals, and landing page performance.
AI Tools & Automation Candidates must demonstrate strong proficiency in modern AI tools and digital marketing technologies.
Responsibilities include:Using AI tools for audience research, campaign planning, copy generation, performance analysis, and reporting. Leveraging AI-powered platforms to improve productivity and campaign effectiveness. Utilizing tools such as Chat GPT, AI analytics platforms, automation tools, and AI-assisted advertising solutions. Staying updated on emerging AI technologies and incorporating them into media buying strategies.
Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Media Buyer, Performance Marketer, or Digital Advertising Specialist. Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Experience managing advertising budgets and performance-driven campaigns. Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and sales funnels. Experience with tracking implementation and analytics tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and reporting abilities. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
