Roles & Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support to end users (onsite and remote).
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and network devices.
- Support and maintain Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), and other medical software.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions.
- Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades and maintenance.
- Perform regular system backups and monitor IT infrastructure performance.
- Document technical procedures and support activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in IT support.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, diagnostic centers, or medical labs is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical systems (HIS, RIS, LIS, PACS) is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, routers, switches).
- Good understanding of cyber-security best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
