Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise architectural and finishing works on-site to ensure proper execution
- Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, design specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and site teams
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Inspect ongoing work to ensure adherence to required quality standards
- Resolve on-site architectural and technical issues in coordination with relevant teams
- Follow up on materials, finishes, and construction details to ensure accuracy
- Prepare regular site reports and provide progress updates to management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements
- Support smooth execution of interior and exterior finishing works
Bachelor s degree in Architectural Engineering
- 3 5 years of experience in site supervision or architectural works within construction or real estate projects
- Strong knowledge of finishing works, materials, and construction details
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications
- Good understanding of finishing standards and site execution processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong teamwork and site management skills
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Architectural Engineering
