. Plan and update breakfast menus in collaboration with the chef.
. Manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste.
. Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and set to hotel standards.
. Monitor sales, prepare reports, and work toward revenue targets.
. Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and basic admin tools.
. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with flexibility for early mornings and weekends
