About the Role:
- The fixed assets specialist manages and records all fixed asset transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation, while ensuring accurate records and reconciliations.
- Tracks capital expenditures and project costs, maintaining asset schedules and ensuring alignment with budgets and policies.
- Prepares reports and analyses for fixed assets and inventory, including monitoring movements and variances.
- Supports audits and maintains proper documentation, while overseeing inventory processes and approvals.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting. (fresh grads are welcome to apply)
- 0-1 years of experience in accounting
- Microsoft office proficiency.
- Oracle system is a plus.
