Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:

  • The fixed assets specialist manages and records all fixed asset transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation, while ensuring accurate records and reconciliations.
  • Tracks capital expenditures and project costs, maintaining asset schedules and ensuring alignment with budgets and policies.
  • Prepares reports and analyses for fixed assets and inventory, including monitoring movements and variances.
  • Supports audits and maintains proper documentation, while overseeing inventory processes and approvals.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting. (fresh grads are welcome to apply)
  • 0-1 years of experience in accounting
  • Microsoft office proficiency.
  • Oracle system is a plus.
