Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time, Senior Human Resources Generalist role based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and working on benefits administration. Additional responsibilities include providing guidance on human resources management, creating and maintaining HR systems, and supporting compliance with local labor laws. The Senior HR Generalist will also partner with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and foster a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of HR functions and strategies
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration processes
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
- Familiarity with labor laws in Egypt

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR
Fluent English Speaker
Strong hands-on experience in Organizational Development (OD)
Proven experience in performance management, talent management, and organizational structure
Strong management skills, Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
