Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as onsite. this means the successful candidate to report to the GM office full time.
Your Role:
Lead the sales function for GM Egypt — wholesale, retail, fleet, buses, and network development — to profitably deliver volume targets, sustain Chevrolet's market leadership, and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
What You'll Do:
Set and execute the sales strategy across all channels; deliver monthly volume and profitability targets
Protect Chevrolet's #1 market position through competitive planning, pricing actions, and incentive programs
Lead network development with MAC — expand coverage, improve dealer quality, and grow retail performance
Build strong relationships with MAC leadership, traders, fleet accounts, and government stakeholders
Monitor market dynamics, competitive moves, and segment trends; translate intelligence into decisions
Manage inventory pipeline end-to-end — no overstock, no out-of-stock
Drive a KPI-driven culture: market share, retail/wholesale volumes, days' supply, PDS, NPS ..etc
Develop, energize, and retain a high-performing sales team; build succession and foster engagement
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualification)
Educational and Experience Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (MBA preferred)
7~10 years in automotive sales or commercial operations, 3+ years in senior leadership position.
Skills & Abilities :
Track record of delivering volume and profit in a competitive market
Strong grasp of dealer economics, fleet operations, pricing strategy, and inventory management
Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level influencing skills
Analytical, data-driven decision-maker with strong leadership capabilities
Fluent in English
