Job Title: Hardware Sales Specialist Location: Mohandeseen, Giza (Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Hardware Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Mohandeseen. You will be responsible for selling hardware products (e.g., power tools, construction materials, IT hardware, or industrial equipment) to both walk-in customers and B2B clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in hardware sales and thrives in a fast-paced, onsite environment. Key Responsibilities Actively sell hardware products (hand tools, power tools, safety equipment, building materials, or computer components) to retail and corporate customers. Greet and assist walk-in clients onsite, providing expert advice on product specifications, usage, and pricing. Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities with contractors, maintenance companies, factories, and engineering firms. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales deals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, stock availability, and market competitors. Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of large orders. Handle customer objections, returns, and after-sales support professionally. Maintain an organized sales floor and present products effectively. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in hardware, industrial tools, construction supplies, or IT hardware. Location: Must be able to work full-time onsite in Mohandeseen. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills. Language: Fluency in Arabic and good command of English (technical terms preferred). Technical knowledge: Familiarity with product categories like drills, fasteners, electrical supplies, plumbing materials, or PC components. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (technical/vocational background is a plus). Personality: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling physical inventory when needed.
