Job Details

Job Responsibilities:Prepare monthly attendance reports. Prepare payroll variables on monthly basis. Handle social insurance requirements for the location. Prepare employee files as per labor law requirements. Support implementation of HR initiatives and projects (recruitment, training, surveys, employee engagement, DEI, etc.). Maintain records of different HR functions professionally. Represent the HR department professionally at the location. Conduct employee investigations when needed. Be the DEI owner in the assigned location.
Job Qualifications
Education:Bachelor’s Degree HR Diploma Certificate
Required Experience:4 – 5 Years
Languages:Arabic English is a must
Competencies Required:Business acumen Fast learner Ability to handle matrix reporting channels Sociable and team-oriented Ability to use office equipment properly Self-confidence and professional appearance Ability to deal with white and blue collar employees Ability to work independently with low supervision
