????️ Now Hiring | #Technical_Office_Team_Leader Cubic Contracting and Engineering Services – Egypt We are looking for an experienced Technical Office Team Leader Our main projects are #Hotels & #Hospitality developments
???? Requirements:▪ 7+ years of experience in Finishing projects▪ Strong background in finishing & fit-out works▪ Previous experience in hotels or hospitality projects is highly preferred▪ Proven experience in managing and guiding technical office teams▪ Strong knowledge of shop drawings, material submittals, and coordination processes▪ Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills▪ Proficiency in Auto CAD and technical documentation
⚙️ Main Responsibilities:
▪ Support the Technical Office Manager in managing the technical office team▪ Review and approve shop drawings before submission▪ Coordinate between site teams, consultants, and design teams▪ Ensure accuracy and compliance of drawings with project specifications▪ Follow up technical submissions, RFIs, and approvals▪ Maintain technical workflow efficiency across projects
