We are looking for a highly skilled Python Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Python and Django to join our team. You will be responsible for building scalable systems, designing robust APIs, and contributing to key architectural decisions.???? Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python and Django Build scalable RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF) Architect and implement high-performance systems Optimize Postgre SQL databases (queries, indexing, transactions) Implement asynchronous processing using Celery Manage caching strategies using Redis Ensure secure authentication and authorization (JWT, RBAC) Write clean, maintainable, and testable code Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments Conduct code reviews and follow best practices Monitor, debug, and optimize production systems????️ Requirements & Qualifications Strong proficiency in Python 3.x ( 4-6 ) years of experience Extensive experience with Django & Django REST Framework Solid experience with Postgre SQLHands-on experience with Redis and caching strategies Experience with Celery and background job processing Experience with Docker & containerized environments Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Load Balancers) Strong understanding of Git workflows and code reviews Experience working in Linux environments & Nginx Experience writing tests (Pytest / Django Test Framework) Experience with microservices architecture Knowledge of system design & distributed systems Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, etc.) Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry) Experience with Web Sockets / real-time applications Exposure to AI/ML integrations (APIs) Experience with video processing pipelines is a plus Frontend familiarity (React or similar) is a plus Experience leading teams or mentoring developers is a plus Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments????
