Job Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and digital design. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging graphics, animations, and marketing assets that support our e-commerce platform, social media presence, and digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing and E-commerce teams to develop compelling visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Design & Branding Create high-quality visual assets for e-commerce platforms, including:Product imagery Website banners Promotional graphics Landing page visuals Ensure all designs are aligned with brand identity and visual guidelines. Utilize AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity, accelerate production, and generate innovative concepts. Marketing Content Design creative assets for:Social media platforms Email marketing campaigns Online advertisements Marketing materials and promotional content Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver visually impactful campaigns. Motion Design Produce engaging motion graphics and animated content for:Social media campaigns Product launches Brand storytelling initiatives Digital advertising campaigns Edit and enhance short-form video content when required. Optimization & Performance Optimize graphics and animations for:Fast loading speeds Mobile responsiveness Platform-specific requirements Ensure high-quality output across all digital channels. Campaign Development Design creative assets for seasonal promotions, product launches, and strategic marketing campaigns. Contribute innovative visual concepts that support business growth and customer engagement. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within:E-commerce Retail Digital Marketing Strong proficiency in:Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Canva Other relevant design tools Proven experience in motion design and animation creation. Experience using AI-powered creative tools for:Image generation Background creation Visual enhancement Creative ideation Good understanding of UI/UX principles for web and mobile platforms.
