Role Overview Local Knowledge Egypt Ltd is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Representative to drive new business development with multi-location companies in Egypt and the wider MENA region. This is a senior B2B sales role focused on selling digital location management, local SEO, listings management, reputation management and related digital marketing services to enterprise and mid-market clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, developing relationships with senior decision-makers, managing the full sales cycle, preparing commercial proposals, negotiating contracts and closing new recurring-revenue accounts. This role is ideal for a commercially driven salesperson who understands digital marketing, can sell consultatively, and is comfortable speaking with marketing directors, digital transformation leaders, operations teams, retail heads and C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities New Business Development Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities with multi-location brands across Egypt and the MENA region. Target sectors may include:Banks and financial institutions Restaurants and QSR chains Retail groups (Fashon, Footwear, Accessories, Home Furnishing chains, etc) Fuel and convenience-store operators Automotive groups Pharmacies & Clinics Hospitality brands Shopping malls and retail conglomerates Service-based businesses with multiple branches Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise and mid-market prospects. Conduct outbound prospecting through email, Linked In, phone calls, referrals, events and direct outreach. Research target accounts to identify business challenges related to local search visibility, Google Maps performance, listing accuracy, customer engagement and reputation management.
Consultative Selling Educate prospects on the commercial value of digital location management and local search optimization. Explain how accurate and optimized business listings improve discovery, customer actions, calls, directions, website visits and in-store visits.
Present Local Knowledge’s services in a clear, confident and commercially relevant way. Tailor sales conversations to the needs of marketing, digital, operations, customer experience and senior management teams.
Position Local Knowledge as a specialist partner, not a generic digital marketing supplier.
Sales Cycle Management Own the full sales process from prospecting to close. Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, understand budget cycles and manage buying committees. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, pricing documents and commercial recommendations. Coordinate with internal teams to develop solutions for complex or multi-country clients. Negotiate pricing, contract terms and scope of work. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline status and forecasted revenue.
Account Growth & Renewals Support the onboarding of newly signed clients by ensuring a smooth handover to the operations team. Identify opportunities for upselling additional services, locations, platforms or countries. Assist with renewal discussions where appropriate. Build long-term commercial relationships with key client stakeholders.
Market Intelligence Monitor trends in local search, Google Maps, Google Search, Apple Maps, AI search, digital discovery, Local SEO and location-based marketing. Track competitors and alternative solutions in the market. Provide feedback to management on client needs, pricing, objections and market opportunities.
Required Experience The ideal candidate will have:5+ years of B2B sales experience At least 2–3 years selling to enterprise or mid-market clients Experience selling digital marketing, Saa S, Mar Tech, advertising, local SEO, business listings, reputation management or related services A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience selling to senior decision-makers Strong prospecting and pipeline-building ability Experience preparing proposals and closing annual contracts Comfort selling recurring-revenue services Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following would be a strong advantage:Google Business Profile / Google Maps Local SEOListings management Reputation management Multi-location brand marketing Saa S or subscription-based sales Selling to banks, QSRs, retailers, automotive groups or healthcare companies Regional sales experience across Egypt, GCC or MENA

Language Requirements Fluent Arabic required Strong English required Excellent business writing skills in English are a major advantage
Location This is a full-time role based in Cairo, Egypt, with regular work from the company’s office in Maadi. The role may include client meetings across Cairo and occasional regional travel depending on business needs.
Compensation Structure This role is designed for a senior enterprise salesperson and includes a very competitive fixed salary plus commissions based on new sales and renewals as well.
