This is not a typical “marketing role.”This is a creator-first, personality-driven position.
You will create content in the streets, on campuses, and online — turning real interactions into engaging videos, challenges, and viral moments.

???? What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Street Activation • Create engaging, high-energy video content (Tik Tok, Reels, Shorts) • Go out to streets, campuses, and public spaces to: • Talk to people • Run challenges • Test ideas live • Turn real-life interactions into entertaining and shareable content
Challenges & Viral Campaigns • Design and launch creative challenges (e.g. trade-up challenges, social experiments) • Execute content that pushes people to participate and share • Experiment with bold ideas that grab attention
Brand Representation • Become the face and voice of Swapop • Represent the brand with confidence, energy, and authenticity • Help shape how Gen Z perceives Swapop
Content Strategy & Growth • Collaborate with the Founder on content direction and growth ideas • Identify trends and adapt content quickly • Continuously improve content based on performance
