Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Team Leader – People Partner to oversee and manage People Partner operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for key HR activities, including hiring planning, onboarding, exit interviews, investigations follow-up, and policy compliance. This is a critical role for aligning people strategies with our business objectives.
What You´ll Do
Implement the People & Organization (P&O) strategy in alignment with overall business goals
Conduct monthly meetings with Operations and Area Managers to discuss the Manpower Planning (MPP).
Lead onboarding, training, and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for People Partner Specialists.
Develop and distribute the monthly plan for the People Partner team.
Oversee monthly P&O performance metrics (e.g., hiring numbers, exit interview outcomes).
Prepare and manage the payroll transaction sheet, ensuring accuracy, and communicate with the Shared Services team for timely processing
Audit and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Monitor team workload and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Ensure P&O policies and procedures are consistently applied and updated as necessary.
Serve as the main liaison between Operations and the People team.
Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across teams.
Collaborate with P&O Pilers Centers of Excellence, shared service, Talent Acquisition, L&D, etc., to deliver integrated P&O solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Oversee the performance management cycle and ensure its timely completion.
What Makes You a Good Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant HR experience. Solid experience dealing with labor offices and regulatory bodies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
